Delete my data
Three different people arrive at this page. Find yourself below — each route is a different one, and the first is much faster than the others.
1. A business has my details and I want them gone
You filled in a form — on a website, on a Facebook or Instagram ad, over WhatsApp — and a business is following you up using OnlyCRM.
Ask that business first. It is faster, and they are the ones answerable for holding your details.
OnlyCRM is software those businesses use. They decided to collect your information; we only store it for them. Any of their staff can erase you in one action, and it takes effect immediately across their whole workspace — the enquiry, the notes, the attachments, the original form submission and the case file, all at once.
If you cannot reach them, or they will not act
Write to appsnow.in@gmail.com and tell us:
- The phone number or email address the business would have for you — this is how we find the record.
- The name of the business, if you know it.
- Roughly when you contacted them, if you remember.
We will confirm that the request came from you, instruct the business, and act ourselves if they do not. We answer within 30 days and charge nothing.
We ask for a phone number or email because that is the only way to locate one person among many. We do not require a photograph of an identity document, and you should be wary of anybody who does.
2. I connected Facebook or Instagram and want that undone
This is for a business that linked its own Facebook Pages to OnlyCRM so lead ad enquiries arrive automatically. There are two separate things to undo, and doing only one leaves the other in place.
a. Disconnect inside OnlyCRM
- Sign in and go to Settings → Meta Lead Ads.
- Press Disconnect Meta.
This deletes the access tokens we hold, unsubscribes your Pages at Meta so no further enquiries are sent, and stops the integration. Enquiries already received stay in your workspace — they are your business records, and we will not destroy them without being asked. To remove those as well, use section 3 or erase them individually.
b. Remove the app from your Facebook account
- On Facebook, open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites.
- Find OnlyCRM and choose Remove.
This revokes our access from Facebook's side, which is the belt to OnlyCRM's braces. Facebook will offer to delete the posts and activity associated with the app; there are none, because OnlyCRM never posts anything.
Removing the app on Facebook alone does not delete the enquiries already stored in your OnlyCRM workspace, and disconnecting in OnlyCRM alone leaves the app listed on your Facebook account. Do both.
3. I have an OnlyCRM account and want it closed
Write to appsnow.in@gmail.com from the email address on the account. We will confirm it is you before acting, because an account closure is not reversible.
Before you ask, two things worth doing:
- Export anything you want to keep. Your enquiries can be downloaded as a spreadsheet from the list screen, and any individual record as a JSON file. Ask us if you want the whole workspace and we will prepare it.
- Tell us if the data itself should go. Closing an account and erasing everything in it are different requests, and we would rather ask than assume.
What happens then
| What | What we do |
|---|---|
| Your workspace's enquiries, contacts, cases, notes and documents | Erased on request — identifying details removed everywhere they appear, including the raw submissions and the audit trail's copies. |
| Your staff accounts | Closed. Sign-in stops immediately. |
| Connected channels | Disconnected, tokens deleted, Pages unsubscribed at Meta. |
| Invoices and payment records | Kept. Tax and company law require us to retain these, and that obligation overrides an erasure request. They contain your organisation's name, the amounts and the dates — not your personal details beyond that. |
| Backups | Overwritten on their normal rolling cycle. We do not restore individual records from them. |
What "erased" means here
We want to be exact about this, because "deleted" is used loosely by most software and we would rather you knew the difference.
Erasing a person removes every identifying detail — name, phone numbers, email,
city, the notes staff wrote, attached documents and the files behind them, the
raw form submission, the case file and its line items, and the audit trail's
before-and-after copies of all of it. The name becomes [erased].
A shell is left behind with no identity in it: a reference number, the dates, which channel it arrived on, which stage it reached, and any money figure. That is on purpose. Removing the row outright would silently change the business's historical totals, and a business that discovers last year's revenue has moved stops trusting every other number it is shown. Nothing in what remains identifies you.
We keep a record that the erasure happened, so we can prove we did it. It identifies the subject only by a one-way hash — it cannot be turned back into your phone number or your email address.
